It lasts for just few days, but the effect is fantastic, as you will feel super confident, sexy, glowing, and your senses will be heightened. Take advantage of this phase to give killer presentations, launch new projects and ideas or have intense workouts. Eat cauliflowerous vegetables or brussel sprouts to flush out excess estrogen.

Be kind to Yourself
In this 2-week phase, the estrogen gradually drops. As the progesterone increases, you will feel the need to unwind more often. Use it to complete some quiet projects and don’t try to supress potential hunger cravings - play along and be kind to your body. Eat grounding foods like roots and vegetables.
It’s your period time, and your progesterone drop signals the need to slow down, withdraw, hibernate, and spend some alone time. Avoid stress, get plenty of rest, and enjoy light and nutritious meals, walks in nature, stretching or yoga. Eat warming foods like stews and blood-building red meat.
